Q: Can you tell us a little bit about your background and how you got into filmmaking?

A: I was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and I grew up in a very creative family. My parents were both artists, and I was always surrounded by art and music. I started making films when I was in high school, and I quickly realized that it was something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

A: I was drawn to these topics because I felt like they were not being represented in the mainstream media. I wanted to make films that would give voice to the experiences of women and lesbians, and that would challenge the dominant narratives about gender and sexuality.
